- We stand behind our products - if you would like to make a return or exchange please contact us within 10 days of delivery to do so. Items must be returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging.
- We offer 2 return options: Monetary refund or store credit via virtual gift card issued within 30 days. Please note monetary refunds are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
- A complimentary shipping label (UPS or USPS) will be provided.
- Exchanges are free for orders over $250. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

- As a small business, we define unworn condition as no visible creasing, marring, alterations, or damage to any part of the goods. Please try on your shoes on carpet without flexing the vamp when testing out sizing. To ensure we can continue serving our community, we can not accept items outside of unworn condition. Footwear returned with signs of wear may be returned to the customer.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will promptly issue out the requested refund / begin the exchange.
- Customized Items are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Certain Final Sale or Sample items are ineligible for return unless otherwise stated.
International and non-contiguous US Orders
- Complimentary return shipping will not be provided for non-Contiguous US Orders. Please ensure a trackable method of shipping is used when returning the items to ensure safe delivery. Monetary refunds and exchanges will be subject to $25 restocking fee.
- Photos of the items may be requested to verify unworn condition prior to shipment
Natural Variations
- Each pair of Legacy Bootworks footwear, belts, and so forth are made by hand with high quality natural materials, and as such are subject to minor variations. These natural variations may include minor differences in color or pattern, or minute defects representative of a handcrafted item.
- Items can not be returned based on the aforementioned variations.
- We make every effort to showcase the truest color of each item, but variation across monitors may cause slightly different results.

Refunds

- When applicable, you will be notified of your refund status upon receipt/inspection of your item and corresponding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (refund processing time may vary based on your bank/credit card provider)
